I provide mediation and conflict coaching to help individuals navigate challenging conversations with empathy and clarity, and trainings to help build these skills. Sessions are available online, in person in the Bay Area, and potentially in person in other locations.
Mediation is a facilitated process where individuals in conflict come together with a neutral third party to work toward a mutually acceptable resolution, sharing their perspectives and exploring concerns. It’s confidential, collaborative, and designed to support informed decision-making without relying on formal legal systems.
Coaching is a one-on-one process that helps individuals navigate communication challenges, interpersonal tension, or unresolved conflict. Through guided reflection, skill-building, and strategy development, clients gain clarity, insight, and practical tools to engage more effectively, with both empathy and self-confidence.
Conflict resolution training equips participants to support individuals across personal, workplace, and community settings using an understanding-based approach. Blending mediation and coaching skills, it emphasizes deep listening, inclusive process design, and communication strategies grounded in equity and care.
